Refund policy

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons and the unique nature of our earrings, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement (where possible), or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
